Where is my order?
You can track your order status through the "Order History" feature on our website. Log in to your account and go to the Order History page. If the order is still being processed through our factory, you will see the status 'Processing In Progress'. Once an order status has changed to 'Shipped', you will also see a tracking link with our courier service.
Our courier will also email or send you a text message about your delivery details and the options available.
If your order has shipped, please check the tracking with the courier before contacting us.
