To ensure your payment is automatically matched to your order without delay, we will provide you with a unique Virtual Bank Account Number.

This number is permanently linked to your customer account with us.

Important: You must use this specific account number when setting up the transfer in your banking app or online portal.

  • Automatic Reconciliation: Because this account number is unique to you, our system (powered by Stripe) instantly knows the payment comes from you. This speeds up order processing.
  • Automated Returns: If a refund is ever needed, the system can easily route funds back to you.

Please ensure you copy the Virtual Bank Account Number exactly as displayed at checkout to avoid any processing delays. We will also email you bank transfer instructions with every order.

  • Minimum order value of £100
  • Can only be applied to orders when Economy Production & Shipping  is selected.
  • Please specify your order reference number, which is normally 6 digits, in the bank transfer description so that we can match your payment to your order.

Please note that we will not proceed with your order until full payment is received. If payment is not received within 5 working days, your order may be delayed.
