Stage 1: The Meeting & Initial Brief

It all starts with a conversation. An initial meeting is held between you and our Business Development team to discuss your requirements, goals, and ideas. We listen carefully to understand your brand, target audience, and what you want to achieve. This allows us to produce a comprehensive brief that guides the entire project.

Stage 2: Developing Solutions

With the brief in hand, our internal team of experts gets to work. We discuss possible solutions, considering everything from garment types and decoration techniques to packaging options. We brainstorm creative and commercially viable ideas tailored to your needs and present our initial thoughts back to you for feedback.

Stage 3: Creating the Designs

This is where your vision starts to take shape. Guided by the brief, our in-house design team creates a range of conceptual designs exclusively for you. Leveraging years of experience and the latest design software, we produce artwork that is not only creative but also optimised for print or embroidery production.

Natural History Museum

This design for the Natural History Museum is a particular favourite here and with customers. We created this ‘follow the footsteps’ kids t-shirt which looks great, and also provides some fun facts about our dino-history!

Portmerion

Portmeirion uses an iconic quote from the TV series The Prisoner, which was filmed in the enchanting village, paired with an image of character ‘No.6’’s face printed on the chest.

Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary

We worked with the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary to design T-shirts celebrating their 30 years of saving donkey's

Stage 4: The Presentation

We present our proposed solutions to you in a clear, comprehensive format. This presentation includes digital mock-ups of the designs on your chosen garments, as well as recommendations for labelling, packaging, and any other detailing required. It’s a complete picture of what your final products will look like.

Stage 5: Adjustments & Refinements

Your feedback is crucial. This is the stage where we make any required adjustments and refinements to the designs or product choices. We work collaboratively with you to tweak colours, placement, or any other element until you are completely satisfied with the direction.

Stage 6: Sampling

Once the designs have been agreed upon, we move to the sampling stage. We produce physical samples of your products, allowing you to see and feel the quality of the garments, decoration, and bespoke packaging firsthand. This step ensures there are no surprises and that the final product meets your exacting standards.

Stage 7: Confirmation of Order

With the samples approved and all details finalised, you confirm the order. This gives us the green light to move your project into the final phase: full-scale production.

Stage 8: Production

Your order is passed to a dedicated account manager who processes it and instructs our factory production team. Our skilled operators use state-of-the-art equipment to decorate, detail, and pack your order with precision and care, maintaining rigorous quality control at every step.

Stage 9: Delivery

As soon as your order is ready, it's despatched for next-day delivery. We’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. Your premium, retail-ready products will arrive perfectly presented and ready to go straight onto your shelves.
