Can you customise garments that I already own?

In most cases, we do not decorate customer-supplied garments for small orders.

This is because we cannot guarantee the suitability of garments that have not been sourced through our supply chain, and there is an increased risk of damage during the printing or embroidery process. If an issue occurs, replacement garments may not be readily available.

For larger volume orders, we may be able to consider customer-supplied garments on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as garment type, quantity, decoration method and lead time will all be taken into account.
