How much does it cost?

At GoCustom, we offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK Mainland* orders over £100

For UK Mainland orders under £100 we charge just £7.95.

For Non-UK Mainland, European and International Delivery Charges, please visit our main delivery page.

How long will it take?

For plain, non-personalised orders, items are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

Live Delivery Estimates

Our website shows a live estimated delivery date on every product page and in your basket, so you'll always know when to expect your order.

During checkout, you can choose the production and delivery speed that best fits your deadline. For plain garments without customisation, we automatically use the fastest available shipping method.

How will my parcel arrive?

Deliveries are made by couriers. 

You’ll receive an email/SMS from our courier about your delivery. If you need to rearrange or perhaps tell them to leave your parcel with a neighbour, then this can all be done via the link in the message.

*UK Mainland means England, Wales and Scotland, excluding adjacent islands. Note that free shipping may not appear until you have confirmed your shipping address.
