Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our Referral Programme! We’re excited you've decided to share the love and introduce your friends to our service. Below, we’ve laid out everything you need to know about how the program works, the rewards on offer, and the rules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Programme Overview
Our referral programme rewards both you and your friend when you bring new customers our way.
- For the Referrer: Earn a £30 credit for each new customer you refer.*
- For the Referred: Enjoy a £30 voucher to use on orders over £100. Remember, this voucher is only valid for 30 days from the date of the referral.
*Note that rewards for your referrals are only approved once your friends qualifying order has shipped. You can invite as many friends as you wish, but rewards are only provided for the first 10 that complete the required registration process.
How to Participate
- Be an existing customer who has spent over £250 with us.
- Complete the simple programme registration at this page: Registration Page
- Use the referral options available: email, sponsor code, QR code, or a special link. You can also embed a banner with a link on your own website.
- Your referred friend must be a new customer who inputs your referral code at sign-up.
- Keep track of your referrals and rewards in the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Participants must have completed orders totalling at least £250.
- All referrals are subject to review to ensure fair play.
- Referred customers must be new to our platform. If they already have an account with us the rewards will be invalid.
Rewards & Usage
- Referrer credits are awarded after the referred customer's qualifying purchase has been shipped.
- Referred customers' vouchers can be use on orders over £100 within the specified 30-day window.
- Vouchers issued by GoCustom Clothing are valid exclusively for purchases made on the GoCustom Clothing website (www.gocustomclothing.com).
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary compensation.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded for cash value.
- Each voucher can only be used once per transaction. Any remaining balance after the transaction will be forfeited.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly stated.
- In the event of a return or exchange, the voucher amount will not be refunded or reissued.
- Any misuse or fraudulent activity involving vouchers will result in their voiding and potential account suspension.
- Users who choose to deactivate or leave their GoCustom Clothing account will forfeit any unused vouchers and rewards. These cannot be transferred or redeemed after account termination.

Ensuring Fair Play
