What types of garments can I customise?
You can customise a wide range of clothing items including t-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, hats, and more. We have more than 4000 products to choose from, and if you cannot find a product you like, contact our customer service team who will help to source it for you.
How long does the customisation process take?
Depending on the product and customisation choices you make, we have several different lead times starting at 3 working days. At checkout, we will show you an estimated delivery date. Customised orders have a choice of an Economy service or a speedier Express service.
If your order is more urgent than the dates provided at checkout, please contact us directly.

Can I see a proof before production?
Yes, we provide digital proofs of any new or updated designs for approval before any production begins.
Can I add more than 1 logo or design?
For most garments, you can add up to 3 separate customisations using the website. If you need 4 or more customisations please contact the office and the team will be happy to assist you.
